Most clients come to me wanting to lose weight and tone up. However most have been to a gym before and find it boring and they feel very unmotivated to continue. Where I am different is that I listen to what the client wants and design an exercise programme that they enjoy and offers them a lot of variation along the way, whilst still achieving fantastic results.

Gill started training with me back in 2006, she wanted to lose weight, tone up and also to try running, however had not run since she was at school. I designed a programme whereby Gill did a mixture of fast walking, resistance exercises with short bursts of running. This meant Gill could slowly start running and also made sure she was working towards all of her goals.

To start with Gill would only run for 30 sec intervals and feel quite out of breath, now Gill can comfortable run for up to one hour and also tackle running up hills. Not only that, her posture has improved dramatically, she is stronger than before and also she has lost all the weight she wanted to lose.
