With my Martial Arts background in both competitive sport fighting and self defence I offer my clients a unique blend of personal training along with martial arts skills. This enables my clients to develop greater self confidence and self discipline, whilst teaching the valuable skills of self defence. I have worked with individuals on a one to one basis or in groups, teaching all age ranges.

One of my clients, Tracey came to me about a year ago wanting to improve her fitness and to tone up. Tracey wasn’t keen on running, however still wanted to improve her cardio-vascular fitness. I therefore suggested that I started teaching her kick boxing. Her sessions now include weight training, postural and core exercises as well as kick boxing pad work. All of which has improved Tracey’s fitness and strength levels dramatically.
